New Hall Hey Retail Park

Acquired in 2021, New Hall Hey Retail Park extends to approximately 80,000 sq ft and occupies a prominent position on the edge of Rawtenstall.

The highly successful retail park benefits from extensive frontage to the A682, with approximately 20,000 vehicles passing the park each day*, and is anchored by M&S and Aldi.

Rawtenstall is an affluent market town situated within the attractive Rossendale Valley in Lancashire. Located approximately 15 miles north of Manchester, the town benefits from strong connectivity to the wider Greater Manchester conurbation, as well as its proximity to the Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Old Cobblers Site Rawtenstall

Acquired in 2025, the Old Cobblers site is located immediately adjacent to New Hall Hey Retail Park.

In 2026, planning permission was secured for the development of one coffee unit with ancillary drive-thru and two restaurant units with ancillary drive-thru, together with improvements to access, car parking, landscaping and associated works.

Tenancies have been secured with Starbucks and KFC, with one unit remaining available.

Construction is now underway, with Practical Completion expected in Q2 2027.

A well-established commercial retail park in Prestwich, Greater Manchester, acquired in 2021 as part of our long-term investment strategy.

The property is occupied by Toolstation and Howdens, providing established trade and retail services to the local area.
